Q:
How Do I Order a Mug?
A: 1.
Enter your "Personal
Message" to be added
to the mug.
2. Choose
the PayPal "Add to Cart"
button below for On-Line payments
and follow the
PayPal instructions.
3. You will
be notified by email for PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS
once
your payment has been
processed by PayPal and
received by me.
OR ...
Send by
E-mail or US Postal Mail the photo(s) you want on the mug and the
message you
want for
the opposite mug side. email
to: baysweb@yahoo.com
If mailing photos: All photos
will be returned unharmed with your order.

Q:
How
long does it take?
A:
Orders are usually processed and shipped
Priority Mail within 24-48 hours of payment
acceptance, if the photo to be used is sent to me by email.
Photos and/or orders sent to me by US Mail take a little
longer.

Q: How do you make the
mugs?
A: We only use the finest materials and the best process available. We
don't use the cheap
"iron-on" transfers that will peel and scratch. We
use a process called dye sublimation, which
transfers a crisp, realistic image
directly into the coffee mug. We only use sublimation inks,
which use a patented
transfer process that uses time, temperature, and pressure to
permanently dye
the surface of the coffee mug.

Q:
Can I put the mug in the dishwasher?
A: Yes, the mugs are microwave and dishwasher safe, and FDA
approved. Dishwasher - at low
temperature settings, without heat
dry. Hand washing will extend the life of the image.
